Six bikini yoga flows filmed in "The Treasure Box" (Cha Wilde's Seattle art & yoga studio) in 2021-2022. All together these six videos add up to 60min of musical movement for your inspiration, entertainment, and educational pleasure. Every video features music, playlists with Cha's favorite songs blasting on the loud speakers as she plays freely with dance, backbends, twisted poses, and upside down meditations. The wall behind Cha is her signature "Tangerine Twist" orange backdrop wall. Whenever she moved into a new house or studio, one of the walls gets the vibrant treatment and becomes her stage setting. This particular wall was painted on the top floor of a hundred year old warehouse down on the harbor front in the oldest grungiest part of Seattle. Cha rented this studio space during COVID so she could have a sanctuary, a retreat space, all to herself to keep her spirits high as the world went crazy. In this studio, she discovered a new level of freedom in her body. This big studio space and the iconic orange wall gave her enough stability to venture into the world of livestream performance. Creating in front of her virtual audience helped her integrate her many passions. She would paint, play music, write, dance, teach, hang upside down on aerial silks and practice yoga and it all weaved together seamlessly into a library of multi-media videos. Regardless of the season outside, Cha usually cranked the heat up to 75 degrees F and danced around her studio naked or in a bikini, sweat dripping down her back, muscle soft and ready to stretch or flip upside down at any moment. The creation of these videos was a liberating, playful, sensual, sometimes silly experience for Cha. Her work as a creator and teacher has brought together thousands of people from around the world to form her growing online audience and community.
