Vinyasa Yoga Class: Move into the Present Moment (45min)

Moving your body will help you be in the present moment.
Energetically we're grounding into the earth and expanding into the sky.
Join me for a 45min Vinyasa yoga flow that includes full sun salutations, triangle and wide legged forward folds, titibasana and shoulder stand. This is a more intermediate level class that moves at a faster pace with less instructions. If you are a newer student you can totally still take this class and feel free to modify or downset the poses however feels good to you -- take a knee, rest in childs pose, bend your knees..whatever makes it possible for you to be with us somehow in the movement. This class will probably feel really good if your legs or hips need a good stretch. Most of the poses are focused on legs both strengthening and lengthening.
