Vinyasa Yoga (7 Class Variety Pack)

5hrs 15min of yoga instruction from Cha Wilde. This bundle of seven videos includes a variety of vinyasa classes moving at different speeds and levels of difficulty. There is a basic 25min traditional yoga warmup that is a perfect starting place for beginners. From there you can move into the longer classes (45-75min). I've included a variety so you can pick and choose what you need or feel inspired to play with. There is a slow class to help you ground down into the earth, to sooth your spirit, release deeper tensions in the body, improve your patience and endurance. There's a faster intense class to light the fire in your belly as you push your cardio, muscle strength, mental focus, balance. All the classes have themes to tap into the spiritual layers of this experience and help you connect with deeper meaning in life. I provide a lot of detail instruction so you can feel confident in what you're meant to be doing every step of the way and finish feeling empowered to try these poses on your own. I've also included an advanced class in which I maximize space and silence by hardly speak at all -- I only call out each pose in the original Sanskrit name and then leave you to be with yourself.
